YDU Leads Active Fun at Edgmont Field Day

Youth Development United was invited to lead activities in the gym during Edgmont Scholars Academy's Field Day. The mood there on that beautiful day was nothing short of electric. 

From the high energy performances, magnetic and contagious community sense of fun, and the overwhelming fusion of competitiveness and comradery, the kids couldn't help but have fun. Many students expressed that they didn’t want to leave the soccer drills taking place in the gym, but there were many other great stations to rotate through, including water games outside and special treats in the cafeteria (including popsicles supplied by YDU!) Staff and guests throughout the campus were on the ball, running activities that led to big smiles. Children would have struggled if asked to pick their favorite areas. This was a great way to end the school year and another Soccer for Success season.
